Meet at Bernal Hill parking lot.

Come explore ‘Creative Portals’ in both land and in yourself through a morning of walking and sketching on Bernal Hill with artists  and wordsmiths Rebecca Edwards and Shannon Hart.

We’ll share the concept of portal as a way to connect to our creative self, to others, and to something bigger than all of us.

Somatic coach Shannon will guide a short, all-levels movement practice and guided meditation to tap into creative portals in the land and in our bodies.

Rebecca will share her journal practice, and you’ll have time to create your own pages, so please bring your sketchbook or journal and your pencils, pens and/or paint set.

We’ll end by walking the labyrinth a short distance from the Bernal Hill parking lot.
