In this complicated world, how do you find your strength and inspiration? How can you connect with your muse?

On the evening of Earth Day, join artist Rebecca Edwards and somatic coach and artist Shannon Hart as they share how they make room for creative expression. Rebecca will discuss the archetypes, inspiration and research behind the pieces in her exhibition, Mother Vessel. Shannon will guide an experiential journaling exercise, facilitating connection with your muse or muses. You’ll leave with new skills to make peace and creativity more possible in your life.
