About Jacquelin:

Jacquelin is an illustrator, comic artist, and muralist based in San Jose.

In her words: ''Working in my sketchbook has always been my favorite form of therapy and creative practice. If you want to understand what’s going on inside my head, just take a peek at my sketchbook. It’s where I feel free to explore new ideas, embrace mistakes, plan future paintings, doodle without purpose, and even jot down personal affirmations. There's something magical about finding a cozy café, settling in, and getting lost in my sketches for hours. But what makes it even more fulfilling is sketching alongside other creative minds. Being around people, creating art, and exploring ideas together is so nurturing to the inner child in all of us. That’s why I’m excited to start hosting a regular sketch night! It’s the perfect opportunity to meet new people, share ideas, and enjoy the joy of creating in a supportive space. Whether you're an experienced artist or just someone who loves to doodle, bring your sketchbook and join me for an evening of creativity, collaboration, and fun! I’ll be sharing my resources and supplies—let’s explore together!"

Jacquelin will host the PAINTING FLOWERS: Watercolors for Beginners at Michelle Thomas Fine Art Gallery + Studio, 40 29th St, San Francisco 94110.
